This is the graphic basis of SALIGIA. 7 sins, 7 prints.

It's an honour for us to have made the SALIGIA campaign with the Barcelona based photographer Raquel Reina. Her work is amazing, and her creativity and talent are impeccable. She shot with 5 different cameras, alterning digital and analogic. Her enthusiasm with the project has been so grateful, we love you Raquel!

This is a caption on my sketchbook with some of the qualities we're using in this collection. We're buying all the fabrics in el Maresme (Barcelona), the whole product must be made in Spain from head to toe; unfortunately most of the important textile companies in our country have closed during the past years due to the crisis and the relocation of manufacturers in Asia, but the ones which survived have a wonderful gamma of quality fabrics.

This are some parts of the patterns we're using for SALIGIA. It's time to forget white basic T-shirts for a while don't you think? We love them, but we're happy to say goodbye to white cotton and welcome to viscose, the master of softness and quality. Soon we're gonna post some pictures of the production process, colour card and qualities.
Beginning in the early 14th century, the popularity of the seven deadly sins as a theme among European artists of the time eventually helped to ingrain them in many areas of Catholic culture and Catholic consciousness in general throughout the world. One means of such ingraining was the creation of the mnemonic "SALIGIA" based on the first letters in Latin of the seven deadly sins: Superbia, Avaritia, Luxuria, Invidia, Gula, Ira, Acedia.
